Just as an update to the recent “manager clipping Toenails in front of her Customers” blog – not sure if it will continue but I actually have some good news in relation to this recent Customer Experience.

As per my last post, I spoke to a Manager at a store where they advertise a popular product that never seems to be in stock (yes, while she was clipping her toenails).

Hoping it’s not a coincidence but during our last two visits to the store, they actually had product available – could someone (i.e. the manager) actually be listening and taking action on Customer feedback?

I hope so. Fingers crossed.
