Whether you’re a one person business or a company who employs thousands, the exceptional best in class customer service providers (i.e. Harley Davison, Disney, Starbucks, Westjet, etc. etc.) have two things in common:
1) They are obsessed about customer service
2) They have a system in place to measure service, satisfaction, ensure service recovery, etc.
So, the question becomes, what’s your system? Do you know, do you have one, do you want one?
