IT IS KEY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT…

The Following is an excerpt from another article appearing in the upcoming edition of Island Business News – this one is from an interview with Paul MacKinnon of Emerald Isle Property Management.

(IBN): How important is customer service in the Property Management Industry? If very important, why is that and how does Emerald Isle rise to the occasion?

(EI): Customer Service is everything. It is what will grow your business or kill it. It has been by far the best form of advertising. I am not going to sit here and tell you we are perfect. When you are cleaning, cutting grass, etc., there are tons of variables that come in to play day to day. But in saying that, it is key to make things right with your customers, be accessible to your clients, and to be honest, and work hard. I have found that people appreciate that. It’s quite simple, customer is #1. We work at that day to day.

Once again it’s difficult to disagree with Paul’s thoughts on Customer Service.
